Founder and teacher · Hispanic philologist (Jagiellonian University)🇵🇱 PolandHello! My name is Tamara Olko Torrealba and I am a Spanish teacher who specialises in teaching children. I am the founder of El Bombo. The idea of working with Anna Rattenbury and opening a Niños Musicales franchise came from the time I spent with my baby son during maternity leave. Watching him gradually learn two languages, start to understand and try to speak was an amazing experience. My husband, Igor, is Venezuelan, so at home we speak two languages. I would like you, as parents, to be able to watch your children dive into a new language and culture, too. Who knows, maybe one day they will be bilingual or even trilingual?

I graduated in Hispanic Philology from the Jagiellonian University. From 2009 to 2014 I lived in Barcelona, where I did the final year of my degree and the International House Barcelona course for teachers of Spanish as a foreign language, certified by the University of Barcelona. That is where I took my first steps as a teacher and was lucky enough to teach people from almost every corner of the world. Back in Kraków, I worked with several language schools and, in 2017, founded El Bombo. I never stop learning: I take part in courses, workshops and conferences for teachers, because I love teaching, but I love learning too. I am a level 1 Sensoplastyka® trainer.
